WARRANTY TECHNICAL SERVICE TERMS
1. These Terms set out the conditions under which [Company name] (“the Company”) will provide technical services for any products purchased from the Company, including any software and hardware components (“Products”).

五、居间人协助办理房屋产权过户手续时，甲、乙双方应积极配合并备妥有关房屋交易过户所需的全部手续。经居间人电话或者书面告知后，甲乙双方或者一方仍拒绝配合办理产权过户手续的，由此导致诉讼等不利后果均由方全部承担（其中包括但不限于承担相应的律师费等合理费用）。
办理该房屋产权交易过户手续所需时间以成都市房地产交易中心规定时间为准。（房屋产权正常过户时间为５个工作日，甲方领取房款时间为银行放贷后，且甲、乙双方物业房屋交接完毕后３个工作日内）。
六、待乙方取得该房屋的《房屋所有权证》后，甲方和乙方物业交割、房屋交接完毕后，居间人于日内将全部房款转交甲方。
七、办理产权过户的相关费用由承担；办理贷款产生的相关费用由乙方自行承担。由于乙方自身原因未能办妥银行按揭的，居间人收取的咨询服务费将不予退还。
八、违约责任：
1、本合同签定后，若乙方有下列任何一种行为，视乙方违约，并应承担办理产权交易过户手续及回转手续所发生的全部费用（包括但不限于甲方的实际损失，居间人的全部中介费用以及相关的各种行政规费等）：在该房屋产权办理过程中，乙方提出不购买此房；不按合同规定日期及金额存入房款；本协议项下的其他违约行为；其他：（1） （2）

九、本合同项下的甲方房屋共有人对本协议的全部内容及由此产生的法律后果，不持异议,并承担履行合同的义务。
