第一条 总则

2.2.甲、乙双方动用每一笔资金，必须在申请单栏目内签字生效，由会计支付。
2.3.所有报价必须由甲、乙双方协商达成。双方有权利、义务知晓并执行。无任何提留或任何借口着提成。
2.4.所有班组和外包工，必须由双方共同商量再订立施工合同，并遵守执行。
第三条 乙方职责
3.1乙方负责承接工程。由甲方委托乙方鉴定工程总合同，并由乙方按总合同的约定，催付工程进度款到本公司账户上。
3.2协调工程上业主的项目经理和工程所用材料的进场日期、堆放地点。
3.3 乙方对所承担的工程任务应具有强烈的责任感，维护甲方的企业信誉。因该工程施工所产生的债权、债务由乙方负责。乙方对承担的工程任务的工期、质量、安全等承担全部经济及法律责任。
第四条 甲方职责
4.1甲方负责提供有效的营业执照等及资质证明文件。
4.2甲方责任和义务，积极配合乙方各投标工作，负责各工程施工选用，施工合同的鉴定，财务支付款项。
4.3甲方同意并无条件参照执行总合同的约束和奖罚制度。
4.4本协议一式贰份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。
